Ed Gein farm, hmmm, that gives me an idea, maybe I should invite New to the farm.

Al that's one reason I quit drinking many years ago, sometimes you slip up and say something that shouldn't be said. :D

All this talk about the Ed Gein farm... and to think that the property I own and hunt is about 1/2 hour up the road from Plainfield, WI.

I'm going to start rethinking if Keef invites some of us Eders boys down to 'help out' around his farm... :?

We have replaced the plywood on the roof and now installing the metal. The back is done. Next we have to do some foundation work on the right front of the cabin. That will take some effort and luck. Once it's level we'll put on the metal roof. Then windows and doors.

I think it's worth the cost and effort. It's about 900 square feet and has a living room/kitchen and two bedrooms. The cabin is about a mile from the front of the property. Can't remember if I told you but I found two apple trees and a pear and a cherry tree in the front of the place. Now Wi-Doe will want to hunt the pear tree. :D

I'll keep you posted.

We'll probably retile the floor, but that will be next year's project.

Work, work, work.....you're supposed to be retired! I'm sure you're enjoying yourself though. I like the toys in front of and behind the place!
